pinta acoustic introduces PHONSTOP™ Ceiling and Wall Tiles
100 percent recycled glass with exceptional acoustical properties

pinta acoustic, inc. has introduced PHONSTOP Ceiling and Wall Tiles made from 100 percent recycled glass sintered to form rigid, lightweight and porous sound absorbers. PHONSTOP products have exceptional acoustical properties.

PHONSTOP products are eligible for LEED credits and can be used indoors and outdoors. The product is Class 1 (A) fire rated. Lightweight, durable PHONSTOP is resistant to chemicals, moisture, mold and impact. Nonfibrous PHONSTOP is easy to install and easy to cut and drill to accommodate fixtures.

BIOLINE® Wood Ceiling Tiles are a hit at Chicago Recording

To achieve a "Brazilian" look for its remodeled facilities, Chicago Recording Company chose a tree bark veneer for the walls, a patterned macchiato pecan wood plank flooring and emerald green granite accents. The ceiling application needed to fit this specific, edgy look. The solution was BIOLINE Wood Ceiling Tiles in natural bamboo from pinta acoustic.

"We saw the pinta acoustic product in a magazine and thought it was the right look for our new environment," says Chris Shepard, general manager, Chicago Recording Company. "It looks great, and everyone loves it."

BIOLINE Ceiling Tiles in natural bamboo—some solid and some with a perforated pattern—were installed in common areas, including the lobby and elevator areas.
