Custom Colors
When our array of standard colors just won’t work, we offer custom colors with our Hypalon® coating for all SONEX®, CONTOUR® and HARMONI products or different color metals for our SQUARELINE® Metal Ceiling Tiles. Custom colors allow you to achieve the functional aspects of our standard sound control products but with the flair of a color all your own.
Custom-colored SONEX Baffles and Panels are a popular choice for education facilities. Schools can quiet the excessive echo in their gyms, pools, multi-purpose rooms and classrooms with products that match their school colors.
CONTOUR or HARMONI Ceiling Tiles in a custom color have been used in restaurants, country clubs and other interior spaces.
SQUARELINE Metal Ceiling Tiles in painted black metal were installed in conference rooms of a Texas-based corporation’s headquarters.
Here’s how the process works:
- Send us a sample color swatch or PMS number.
- We’ll send you a sample for your approval. (Please be advised that the sample you receive for color match approval is hand-sprayed and the full production order is sprayed on our automated paint line. This means that the color may vary slightly between the sample and the final products.)
- Purchase order received must meet minimum order requirements and include additional processing fee, which varies from order to order depending on custom color.
- After your approval of the sample, the entire order will be sent into production. All custom-color orders are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once production begins.
As a general rule, this process can take up to 45 working days depending on the size of the order and how quickly we receive the color swatch or approval of sample.
