Size
PHONSTOP V—adhesive applications on walls and ceilings, interior or exterior
- 24" x 24" x 2" thickness (610 x 610 x 50 mm)
- 24" x 48" x 2" thickness (610 x 1220 x 50 mm)
- Depending on the desired look, panels offer two edge options. One face of the panels features 3/8" (9 mm) chamfer beveled edges, while the reverse face has square edges
PHONSTOP E—suspended ceiling applications using pinta or standard 15/16" grid system, interior or exterior
- 24" x 24" x 1" thickness nominal (604 x 604 x 25 mm)
- Slightly beveled square edge, lay-in ceiling tiles
Installation

PHONSTOP V
- Adheres directly to structurally sound, relatively smooth, clean, dry and level wall or ceiling surfaces using PHONSTOP pt17 Primer rolled on to the existing substrate. Apply PHONSTOP pa81 Adhesive using 3/8" tooth trowel to the back of each tile. Be careful not to get any adhesive on the exposed tile faces.
- To create a seamless, monolithic appearance on walls and ceilings use the basic materials mentioned above; be sure to orient the square edge tile faces toward the exposed side. Once completed, roll on an additional layer of PHONSTOP pt17 Primer before troweling with two coats of PHONSTOP pa85 Plaster to finish.
- Tiles can be custom colored using an acoustical coating, such as ProCoustic* from ProCoat Product, Inc.
- In outdoor, weather exposed conditions apply PHONSTOP pt13 Sealer over the panels’ permeable finished surfaces for additional durability.

PHONSTOP E
- Lay-in pinta or any standard 15/16" ceiling grid system, interior or exterior
